since my last post. I got delayed because my dog got injured then I got sick –  we’re both better now. So this will be a long post to make up for the hiatus. Hope you enjoy it. If you like my blog, you might want to go to my site and sign up for my email newsletter, published four times a year.
AC Tips – Follow Your WOWs
Make sure to give yourself credit for all correct informationyou receive intuitively. It’s too easy to dismiss or overlook our successes at intuitive communication, so make a big deal of your correct data: highlight it in yellow, put big check marks, and circle any WOWs. A WOW is any piece of information you received that could not have been guessed or reasoned via inductive or deductive logic. For example, in the teleclass I taught last night the students were talking to one of my horses from a distance and go the impressions that he has a blanket that is blue and magenta which he likes because he likes to be warm but which he doesn’t like because it is too small in the hind end. These impressions were all completely accurate, and there is no way the students could have guessed or reasoned their way to that informtion. How horses related to blankets is unpredictable; I have horses who hate blankets and refuse to wear them. Moreover, blankets come in lots of colors, not always two-tone,; this string of intuitive data would be a big WOW.
My friend recommended your columns and books to me. I read the recent column on talking out loud to your horse, something I’ve always done with my Western Pleasure horse before our classes, as well as to my dog. I wanted to share a success story about that. I have a “new to me” old gelding that a teenager from our barn was showing in hunters last weekend. She’s a good rider and my old Arab is a very intuitive, empathic horse. They were both excited and for her first round over fences, he was a little fast and forward. She mentioned something, and I could tell he’d made her a little nervous. I put my hand over his third eye chakra and quietly explained to him to go more slowly, be more deliberate, that this wasn’t a speed event. (It was 18 years since he’d done hunters, and his previous owner had ridden endurance with him.) The rest of the classes were fantastic! He was steady and well-paced. She won four blues and champion in her division, and they were a great team. I believe that our chat contributed to that.  Ange Finn  www.ride-without-fear.com
Teleclasses – The Advanced Animal Communication Class (by phone or skype) starts on Feb 16 and runs for three weeks. The prerequisite is a beginning class, but it can be from anyone, doesn’t have to be from me. If you want to take the Advanced class but haven’t had the Beginning, you do a tutoring session with me to meet the requirement.
Virtual Practice Group – The February Practice Group (by phone or skype) is Feb 8. Sign up on my website.
In person courses – Feb 12 Sacramento, CA, March 19, Novato, CA. See my website for details.
Like you, I also have a heavy science background. Do you mind to elaborate more on the principles of quantum physics (as in “I feel the future is all about probability and can be completely shifted by applying the principles of quantum physics. “) please? I just want to learn more about it, so please don’t take this as a challenge or something like that. You always have my respect. If you have some further reading resource regarding this topic it will be great — I can just read about it myself. Thomas Cheng
The quantum physicists are working with the hypothesis that what we think influences invisible energy fields which in turn influences what happens in the material world. To read more about this I recommend the following books: Miracles of the Mind, Russell Targ, The Intention Experiment, Lynne McTaggart.
I live in a neighborhood where the raccoons and opossums have been steadily losing their natural habitat to development. I usually am caring for a few stray and feral cats and so have some cat food left outside at night at times. I used to feed the raccoons who would come through until a terrible thing happened several years ago while I was out of town. Apparently several raccoons mauled one of my cats who died from her wounds. Perhaps a territory dispute? I concluded that I had been naive and ill-advised to feed the raccoons as it is best for them to migrate to an area where there is a food supply for them. Further some neighbors have threatened to harm the raccoons for tearing up their gardens.   As we speak there is a plucky fellow (raccoon) looking through the glass door at me and asking for some dinner. What to do? Please answer this in your newsletter as I am not the only one in this quandary, I am sure. I love the raccoons and I love my cats. What is best?    Lois Kerr
I would not recommend feeding wildlife; it makes them dependent on you and then if you stop feeding it can have a serious impact on them. Human feeding also leads wildlife to become less afraid of people, which can result in wildlife coming into the house, or attacking pets and people. The best way to help wildlife is to work to preserve habitat. You can also plant native plants that are beneficial to birds and insects, which will have an overall postitive impact on all wildlife.
Your Opinion Please….
I am thinking of revising the look of my site a bit. Here is a mock up (ignore the text). Needs a bit more tweaking, but what do you think? Go with a new look or stay with the old?  Â
Gulf /Earth Update
It’s been awhile since I updated on the Gulf too, and as you may be aware, the situation has gotten worse. Some of the recent unexplained massive die offs of fish and marine invertebrates around the world and the deaths of birds and marine mammals in Canada and the UK are surely the result of the toxic brew coming out of the Gulf in the air and water. An Italian physicist, who is an expert on the Gulf Stream, believes the stream is slowing and changing, due to the severe damage to the Gulf of Mexico ecosystem. Perhaps this is why Europe is having such a severe winter.Read more here:  http://yowusa.com/earth/2010/earth-0810-01a/1.shtml
People are now severely ill and dying in the Gulf. There are reports of corexit still being used and fresh oil continuing to spill from BPs exploratory well area. This is the area where BP experimented with the genetically modified microbes (see my previous post on Frankecrobes) which appear to be creating a rift in the ocean floor and a continuous ongoing oil spill. The microscopic life in the Gulf appears now to be totally disrupted. http://www.floridaoilspilllaw.com/scientists-find-evidence-bizarre-sickness-phytoplankton-bacterial-communities
This continues to be one of the most massive coverups ever foisted on the public. The best site for updates on the Gulf is http://www.floridaoilspilllaw.com/ Read through it, tell your friends about it; one line of defense is to expose the truth of what is happening.
Everywhere you turn there is something going wrong on the Earth. Gas fracking is wrecking havoc on people and nautre (see the movie Gasland), the containment at Chernobyl is failing and no one is doing anything about it, and no matter how hard we try in the US we still cant seem to make a dent in the government’s intent to exterminate mustangs (see http://rtfitch.wordpress.com/). The list is literally endless. However, as the saying goes, all it takes for evil to prevail is for good people to do nothing. I have heard some people console themselves with the notion that what is happening in the world now is just the earth correcting things: That even if humans are wiped out, the earth will survive. As a biologist, I would say there is no guarantee about that one. There are still places in Alaska that are sterile because of the corexit in Prince William Sound. It is absolutely possible for humans to destroy every last microbe on this planet. It is up to the people of this earth who love the animals and the earth to do whatever they can to stop this insanity. Get the truth out, protest, join organizations, write letters, make calls. If we jam up the lines of government with millions of calls and faxes, it makes a difference. In addition many of us know how to do energy clearing, healing, and manifesting. All of these efforts will help. I am sure there are innovative approaches we can take, we just need to keep searching and trying. So do something, anything. And don’t give up.
